Outbond training is a kind of training make us relax than a serious training itself. Outbond training is done in a group with generally purposed can build the team more solid. The content of outbond training may vary depend on the training provider experiences. Make some competition on each group and make the activity more closed each others. The example of the training activity can work as purposed, make test at the beginning and also make a test at the end of outbond training.
