Recruitment Manager

Requirements:

  • Candidate must hold a Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Management/Law
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in similar position, work experiences in the F&B industry is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial Relations, Recruitment and Training
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
