Recruitment Manager in Jakarta

One of company are the big company group in Jakarta in the food industry and chain restaurant. In line with our rapid business expansion, we are looking for dynamic candidates to join our team for the following positions:

Recruitment Manager
Jakarta Raya
Requirements:

  • Candidate must hold a Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Management/Law
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in similar position, work experiences in the F&B industry is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial Relations, Recruitment and Training
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
