HR and GA Assistant Manager in PT. Armada Johnson Control

PT. Armada Johnson Controls is a multinasional automotive component manufacturing company located in Bekasi and Cikampek. Due to expansion, currently we are looking for professional candidate to fill in the following position:

HR & GA Assistant Manager
( Training & Development Specialist )
Bekasi (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement company policy
  • Design & Develop training development program based on both the organization and individual needs
  • Design and implement company wide processes to identify high potensial individuals and ensure their effective development to drive business performance and grow capability
  • Develop, organize, monitor and evaluate the project of management development program
  • Set up the costs of planned programs and keeping with yearly budgets
  • Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation, and delivering training it self
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in management/HR/Psychology from reputable university
  • Having experience min 3 years in training and development area (will be an advantage in an automotive industry )
  • Able to work independently and also team work
  • Having an effective training skills and being able to combine professionalism and charisma in intelligently, interacting with the team
  • Good analytical thinking, problem solving oriented and decision making
  • Ability to perform under pressure environment and tight time constraints
  • Excellent team player and good interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 & OHSAS 14001/18000 is an advantage
  • Fluent in written & verbal English is must
  • Willing to be located in Bekasi
