( Training & Development Specialist )

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement company policy
- Design & Develop training development program based on both the organization and individual needs
- Design and implement company wide processes to identify high potensial individuals and ensure their effective development to drive business performance and grow capability
- Develop, organize, monitor and evaluate the project of management development program
- Set up the costs of planned programs and keeping with yearly budgets
- Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation, and delivering training it self
- Bachelor degree in management/HR/Psychology from reputable university
- Having experience min 3 years in training and development area (will be an advantage in an automotive industry )
- Able to work independently and also team work
- Having an effective training skills and being able to combine professionalism and charisma in intelligently, interacting with the team
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving oriented and decision making
- Ability to perform under pressure environment and tight time constraints
- Excellent team player and good interpersonal skills
- Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 & OHSAS 14001/18000 is an advantage
- Fluent in written & verbal English is must
- Willing to be located in Bekasi
