Sales Training Department Head

PT. First Media Tbk is the largest provider of high speed broadband internet, cable pay TV, and high-speed data communication services. We invite dynamic and experienced professional people to join us for the position:
Sales Training Department Head
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
• Create a strategy and develop a process improvment flying businesses related to the Sales Training Department
  • Evaluate and design policies and related to the procedures
  • Assist Sales Division Head in developing and running human resource development. programs
  • Develop training modules and facilitation as needed
  • Lead and manage the team Sales Training Department
Requirements:
  • S1 all the majors, S2 preferable
  • Age 30-40 Years
  • Experienced into sales of at least 3 years
  • Experience leading a sales team of at least 2 years
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Trainer.
  • Take control and be able to design / revise CBHR Sales Training
  • Have good English language skills, oral and written
  • Have good communication skillsAbility to design and develop a staff development program Especially Sales
