Content Support & Training Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  • Leading the preparation of monthly and annual work plan the Department of Support & Training Content
  • File a budget for activities and implementation of departmental tasks CST
  • Provide direction and coordination of the team in carrying out their respective duties
  • Build relationships with a variety of news sources to get the latest issues and actively provide topic suggestions to the editor
  • Coordinate with the team for providing data and supporting documentation content quickly and complete program
  • Coordinate with program evaluation team for both of the display screen and rating / share
  • Coordinate with team to organize training and coaching HR
  • Coordinate with the team in the management of library books
  • Assess the performance of subordinates according to the main duties and responsibilities of each
Requirements:
  • A graduate degree with GPA min. 3.00
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Content Support & Training Manager
  • Have adequate knowledge about the world of broadcasting
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership and good time management an open personality, good interpersonal skills, and has an extensive network
  • Liking a challenge, dynamic, and familiar with the deadline
