Training Center Manager

PT AUSTINDO NUSANTARA JAYA AGRI (MEDAN) Need the following candidate for:

Training Center Manager
Sulawesi Utara

Requirements:

  • Male, Education Min S1
  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience as Training Center Manager, preferably with experience in Oil Palm Plantation Companies
  • Have the ability to design a module
  • Have the ability as a trainer
  • Have the ability in training need analysis
  • Have the ability to manage the training center
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have English language skills both oral and written
  • Proactive, demonstrate quality leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, and lead a Successful and motivated team
  • Willing to be placed on the Environmental Estates (Estate)
