Training Manager at PT. Indodev Niaga Internet

In order to keep up with the growing regional demand for our SunFish solutions we are seeking the best candidates to fill in position of :

Training Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  • Training Manager is responsible for developing a well-structured training curriculum and managing the entire training and development process in line with our product advancement and customer needs.
Job Description:
  • Conducting training need analysis
  • Conducting training programs with reference to product knowledge development and client requirements
  • Managing training plan and budget utilizations
  • Administering training calendar
  • Developing training syllabus and preparing training materials
  • Compiling training feedback
  • Conductin training evaluation
  • Conducting training for trainers
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Management, Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • A trainer having at least three (3) years experience in training or lecturing
  • An excellent communicator in both English and Indonesian
  • A self-motivated individual with high self confident and the ability to work effectively in IT environment
