The purpose of evaluation has several goal:
- Get feedback on the training efectiveness of the training activities.
- To control over the provision of training
- Intervetion into the organizational process that affect training
- Improve the quality of training activities
- Improve the ability of the trainers
- Make better discriminate to those better to support or to those should be dropped
- Make better integration of training offered and on the job development
- Make better cooperation between trainers and line managers
- Evidence of the contribution of training to the organization development
There are three object can be evaluated: Plan, Process and Product.
After the evaluation then what the final achieveness, here are some examples:
- Productivity
- Process Time
- Profit
- Operating Cost
- Etc
