Job Satisfaction

More than 50 percent of the survey result state that women don’t satisfy with their work. This is because generally women are working on the job that not many challenge, so their career can’t improved.

There are three ways to increase the satisfy posses on their work, as follows:
  1. Accepting of more responsibility and more open for promotion and new job make us more happy.
  2. Using of every opportunity to improve their work skill such as; seminar, discussion or workshop, often this session is free for public but very useful to increase our skill and knowledge.
  3. Intense to the work perform in order not down but increase, this is the key of getting promotion.
