Regional Training Manager
(for Jakarta & Bali)

Bali, Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Designs & conducts training programs in branches and agencies to develop sales and management competencies.
Requirements:
  • 28 – 35 years old.
  • Bachelor degree from any discipline.
  • At least 3 years experience in life insurance industry as trainer.
  • Very good presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Preferably domicile from the area of placement
