Requirements:

•  Male/Female. 
•  23-45 years old. 
•  S1 from reputable university in any major 
•  Have minimum 2-3 years of experiences in Training. 
•  Understand about TNA (Training Need Analysis) and ROI (Return In Investment) 
•  Able to conduct training. 
•  Able to make the training module and training syllabus 
•  Experience in retail company is preferred. 
•  Strong command of English. 
•  Computer literate (Ms. Office Application). 
•  Candidates must be willing to work in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
