Recruitment Factor to Consider

Recruitment process is not independent, but the other factor should be considered. Recruitment process is impossible without consider about job analyzes information, because on that information will know the description of job will do, about the condition should be fulfill by the employee and the standard performance must reach.

Human resources planning also should be described and will knows what the vacancy will open, for what kind of job and the what the conditions should be fulfilled by job seeker that will occupy that position.

Recruitment result also the factor that must be considered. Its mean the the step of recruitment process are depended on the recruitment result. If the job seeker are more numerous that needed, the recruitment process will different if the job seeker is less than the needed.

In determining the selection steps, there are four kinds recruitment constraint that need to be considered by recruitment officers:
  1. Job offer
  2. Ethics challenge
  3. Organizational challenge
  4. The same opportunity to get a job
