How to influence people effectively is become important if you on the manager position. This mean that you must give order to your subordinate and should follow the procedure that you are created. There are managers who don’t want to choose some good words to communicate to his subordinate, he choose to use Power to force what he want.
Managers don’t want their subordinate work under pressure, but there are many managers lead by authority, by forcing and pressing. Leadership and communication skills should be mastery by managers, the ability to influence other people to reach goal, without any force and pressure that define on the leadership and communication.
The real manager, are more than his time use to interact with other people in giving order, clue, attention, guidance and meeting coordinator and others. If manager have knowledge and skill on how to influence people then he realize that influence skill on interaction and communication become the main requisition on reaching the goal.
Understand of relationship between leadership, communication and influence thrive are creating conducive environment as the main condition to build creativity and work motivation. Managers should have influence skill without using their power, using of good and wise word will affect to the work environment. Managers should be able to give a negative feedback by positive ways. Managers should have skill and knowledge on using of seven basic human characteristic on influence process, and implemented on every kind of interaction everyday.
