Leading in The Middle or Sandwich Position

I am interested to this training not because of the difficulties to be a middle manager, or the communication system that should be follow, but really just because of the speaker self. The speaker on this training is Mrs. Elvie Mulia SE, Ak. MBA. She was graduated of MBA and candicate of DBA from Maastricht School of Management of Netherlands.

Her experience she was ex President Director of PT. Tigaraksa Satria tbk and ex Director of PT. Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk. also ex of Managing Sales Group of PT Tempo. She have an experience 20 years on the finance with the last position as Finance Director and experience for 10 years to lead sales of 2 big company with onset over than Rp. 3 billion.

With the experience on finance or sales, Elvie have a vision to share her experience of more than 30 years to the executive like directors, managers and supervisors who want to learn of how to lead and arrange of sales team successfully to reach the target.

Beside the owner of the company, all top management and middle management are leaders that stay on the middle, where they lead well, either to the top, to the side or to the below. Stay on the middle is a “sandwich position” that sometimes can be frustrate because often lead under pressure or can say as “hot seat”.
