Employee Recruitment Agreement

To make everything more easy and can understand by both of recruiter and employee candidate, recruitment manager should have established policy that can be the guideline on recruit new employee for their department.

This policy better discuss with their staff and the management who concern on this work situation. This policy also become a guidance on their working and also should be understand by the employee candidate before he join to their company.

Recruitment can be conducted either using internal or external employee sources. Especially for internal employee sources the policy must be very clear, because if everything not clear, this condition can become a dispute because of miss understanding and sometime just exploit of the available resources.

Human resources manager should understand the situation will come or the situation that currently faced on their company. He also can predict the situation on everything of their abnormal condition, then should be created of alternative solution of every dispute problem that may available.

Not every problem should be exist on the next day, if every problem overcome with tactical strategy, then the situation will under control. Problem finding will become educate of HR manager, and every problem will overcoming with certain strategy even created with certain policy.
