Key duties of Environmental Manager:
- Perform an internal environment impact analysis of the company and sub-contractors' design, production, supply chain and facilities to identify good practice and areas of improvements from an environmental perspective, especially with the target to reduce the company's carbon footprint.
- To define priorities and develop detailed a short to long-term Environment Strategy, liked with d-Bodhi's Vision 2020 and sustainability Framework, to reduce carbon emision, support new and "greener" methodologies and technologies and designs.
- In collaboration with management and company units, take leadership to implement the Environment Strategy.
- Liaison and establish excellent relations with company management and units, and establish mechanisms for collaboration and provision of technical support and progress monitoring and reporting.
- Develop and keep an updated Legal Environment and Policy Analysis, and inform company management of important development.
- Prepare, seek inputs and finalize relevant sections of annual sustainability reports
- Provide data, information and marketing ideas for d-Bodhi products linked to the company's green profile.
- Provision of staff trainings and on the job support as required
- Liaison with Indonesian and Singaporean governments, universities, NGO's and other relevant stakeholders.
- Have AMDAL certificate
The qualification needed as above is very high and sometimes enough as become consultant, but they don't pay as the qualification needed. This is a problem, people will don't have complete qualified but have good analytical skill and negociation skills that enough to overcome the problem.
