Employee Recruitment

Employee recruitment process is the most important one of all human resources management process. Employee selection is based on organization needed, the role of the recruiter is very important on this matter. Recruitment process is beginning with application receipt and end with determination of who is suitable with the job offer. This all recruitment process is base on the organization needed.

Recruitment function can be a part of human resources department or independent it is depend on the big or small organization. On big organization a recruitment job can be separated from human resource department, because employee needed on the organization is always many. Serious treatment on recruitment may become an important and a lot of matter should be handling in the same time.

Selection process should be considered about work analysis, on work analysis can draw the job will handle after the applicant joint with company. On human resources planning should consider the vacancy that available later form one year, the condition should be fulfilled by applicant, and when the vacancy should release.

The selection process also depend on the applicant quantity, if the applicant number that fulfilled the position offer too much, the selection method applied may different if the number of applicant is less than the company needed.

For determining the kind or the selection process step, there are four kinds of challenge must be faced by recruiters:

  1. Job Offer
  2. Ethnic Challenge
  3. Organizational Challenge
  4. The same opportunity to get work
