Seven QC Tools

Management is claimed to make decision correctly and fast, either to overcoming a certain issue or product quality management to ascertain the product or service quality. The right decision is based on the analyzed data accurately. Sometime the available data is not accurate and analyzes wrong to make the decision wrong, even make a bad condition.

The above condition caused by the lessen of understanding about how to accumulate and analyze data from the existing problem. On that condition all the employee of organization need to train with this base statistic technical skill known by Seven Quality Control Tools or Seven QC Tools. This tools have proven can overcoming the problem on the work place to 80%, the rest is depended on God decision.
