Training and teaching are alway in synergy, this need in industry is very urgent currently, because the employee is need fresh knowledge about currently development. Employee that just work all time need refresh their knowledge to improve on their work and useful for helping them for plant trouble shouting.
Beside their need of knowledge, training sometime become a refreshing area away from their routine work that can make them feel boring on their work place. After they got training they would be able to enjoy their work again.
Training in general usually divide into three general, technical skill, management skill and behavior skills. Behavior itself include discipline development and performance of persons on their work place, safety and company rule.
