Efective Training

What is the efective training? efective training if the trainee want to know the knowledge that given on the training, and then try to implement on their work place or on their daily life. Efective training is not enough just efective influence on the training but after that they forgeted everything. Training will have more value if there are any added knowledge for the trainee, they can implement on the next activity or can create new model on new inovation that can be implemented to their daily activity.

Many training conduct can be implemented on the next activity, this because of several reason, but the most reason of this condition is the trainee wan't have more work after have been trained. They just want to know and after that just forget it. This training habit make the training material that more saleable if the training subjects are about refreshing situational like, management training, behavior training, or a kind of training like outbond training. They are more enjoy to follow this training as refreshing media either than improve their knowledge.Actually they need refreshing together either improving their knowledge, so they will spent their time when the training activity like a playing, or compete simulation.
