Training bahavior based safety is just to remind about the importance of safety in your work place. Eventhough already provide by many procedure to work, but not all worker want to obey the rule that make them safe. This sometime due to they don't care or don't understand the dangerouse if something happen to him.
Safety is not just responsible safety person but this is everybody responsibility. Potential dangerous of certain job should be understand by job handling so they should provide of every safety equipment required on their job.
Behavior safety is not just understand of safety equipment they should provide but also they should follow the guidline on how to handle of certain job with wear of safety equipment needed.
